Limited connectivity
Everyone Can Participate. Even Offline.
A congregation with limited internet can still join the global moment. Open the pack before the event, copy the official UTC time once it is published, and convert it into local time.
Check the congregation clock against a trusted time source in advance. Trusted sources include a mobile-network clock, a GPS clock, a national time signal, or this website when it shows Synchronised. Then follow the official backup procedure.
Offline devices may drift. They cannot be guaranteed to keep the same accuracy as a connected device that has just checked a trusted clock. Do not describe an unchecked offline clock as synchronised.

These files are generated by the website. When an official time has been published, the pack includes that UTC time. It never inserts an invented date. Open a file to read it, then print it for the room.
