Support One Hallelujah
Donation and refund policy
Donations are voluntary. You do not need to donate in order to register, follow the countdown, or participate in One Hallelujah. This website does not collect card numbers or other payment credentials. No payment provider is connected, so a donation cannot be completed here. The intended payment method is a reputable hosted checkout, for example Stripe. If that is connected later, the provider — not this website — would collect and process payment details under the provider's own terms and privacy policy. This site is not designed to store full card numbers. Nothing on this page is a receipt, a tax invoice, or a statement that a gift is tax-deductible or eligible for Gift Aid. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
Refunds
Because this website is not taking payments, there are no charges here to refund. If a hosted payment provider is connected later, refunds would be handled through that provider and according to the policy published at that time. This page does not invent a refund window, a fee, or a guarantee. To ask about a payment once one exists, use the contact page and include the reference the provider gave you. Do not send a full card number.
Payment processing
Payment is intended to be hosted by a provider such as Stripe, not entered as a card form on this website. The provider would process the payment under its own policy. This site does not store full card numbers. No provider is connected, so there is no charge to confirm.
Provider privacy policy: empty until a provider is configured.
